About the Area
Hidden Estates is situated in the Lake Region of the Pocono Mountains across from McConnell Lake. It is close to historic Milford, Pennsylvania, one of the nation’s oldest communities and Honesdale, birthplace of the American railroad.

Community Covenants
The Declaration of Community Covenants governs the development of all lots in Hidden Estates. Briefly, it defines owner’s rights to use of private roads, construction guidelines and requirements, quality of life standards, maintenance of common areas, and rules and regulations of association of property owners.
